It has been generally, genetically proven that some Ashkenazim are actually Alternative Jews, mixed seed, of
Japheth and Shem, and some may have no discernable
Semitic traits at all. Actually, nations and court
systems should consider the unwarranted inhabitation or
inheritance of pariah-mongrels, non-Semitic and
non-Israeli Semitic peoples in patriarchal Israel.
Considering future Torah-legal determination, mongrelized people or non-Semitic at
all people living in the once, holy land, could be liable
for displacing or depriving people who have a greater
degree of Israeli-Semitic genetic traits. They
also could be punished especially for mistreating such who have a discernable
more-biological right.
Ezran-era Judaism, even though a righteous and racially discriminate guideline, can not fit under many of today's unwarranted, Talmudic laws; however, to obtain just and patriarchal inheritance, it must be considered the Ashkenazi certainly have no more right than a more Semitic "Jewish" person. The racial determination can be made through genetic anthropology (DNA testing).

Genealogically and Theologically
All who claim to be Jews but reject the idea that
biological factors have any thing to do with it or
have no proof whatsoever of biological lineage back to
Jacob and Judah should be considered no more trustworthy
than a religious impostor, such as one who
would attempt to make gain or an impressive image by
misusing the world's ignorance and lack of knowledge
concerning the inheritance and lost or hidden records of
recent progeny of the patriarch Judah. Such should relate
to their identity as "political
adherents" or Alternative Jews, not as Jews.
Most so-called Jewish people hide the
fact that Israeli inheritance of offpspring was lost due
to miscegenation
of an Israelite male parent to a female non-Israelite or
if a female parent did not marry into the tribe of her father (Numbers 36.5-13).

Heirs Must Be Found among the Sefardi or Elsewhere
In defiance of Ezran era Judaism, modern Judaism accepts
persons as Judaists through "conversion" and
matrilineal progeny. Therefore, it is a complicated
matter to determine if any of these members actually have
full, Israeli-Semitic blood so as to qualify
as an heir according to the tribal laws of the Torah. It is doubtful that many
of the people who claim to be dominantly Semitic would
have family trees going back to B.C. times, so that
leaves accurate and further determinination up to the
advancement of anthropology, and genealogy
sciences. Otherwise, anyone (except for perhaps a land-right
adversary such as a Palestinian Moslim or a member of a
similar excluded group) from any nationality or origin could stealthily claim to be a
"Jew".
To prevent being presumptuous, logically, either one of the two major groups (Ashkenazi or Sefardi) or the (lighter or the darker) who claim to be dominantly Semitic is more Semitic and the other is not; otherwise, that would leave the possiblity that a large portion of both are a mixed blend of two or more races, or on the other hand, they are not dominantly Semitic. Eliminating the Ashkenazi, a real problem exists discerning who actually has full Israeli-Semitic biological evidence and whether to look among the Sephardi or possibly unknown groups. Furthermore, it may be difficult to determine how much Semitic blood such person may have. The realization of this difficulty helps us understand the omission of Berith and Torah, and patriarchal biological inheritance among modern Israel's deceptive, feckless, Law of Return.
Is it possible that there are no biological heirs or that the descendants have become too mixed to be significantly differentiated among other races? I should hope not! But it is reasonable to expect that at least some family tree, and scientific factors be met so as to establish the physical identity of a real decendant of Judah. It would be wonderful if people would start showing their tribal proofs back to Jacob (even through DNA, if necessary, but remember, it only took one act of parental miscegenation to destroy the patriarchal inheritance of polluted seed), and his other sons beside Judah. A Semite belonged to the soil of the nation of
Israel, not an Asiatic. A person or people not of Semitic
genetic origin can not be of the biological lineage of
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The great American patriot and
Jewish defector, Benjamin Freedman, said speaking of the Khazars as he was
referring to the Ashkenazi Jew, "There wasn't one of
them who had an ancestor who ever put a toe in the Holy
Land". Therefore, it seems to me, those who claim to
be Jews but have Eastern European or other non-Semitic physical characteristics are delusive and must be considered
people of a religious hoax.
Therefore, such people without biological and genetic credentials if considered frauds rather than subservient adherents should be disallowed as citizens of the nation of Israel. If, on the other hand, such are considered supportive subservients, they still must be distinguished from among the true heirs and fully Israeli Semitic people.
To the reverse of the Ezran Covenant, Israel has been hi-jacked by non-Semitic or pariah-mongrel impostors, with delusive, world-policy making power, who mingle the land and allow rebellious and counterfeit citizenship through intermarriage to all generally, except Palestinians (who possibly may even have Israeli-Semitic biological traits).

If nations allow themselves without expressed
denial to accept fraudulent claims concerning unrightful
possession of the holy land by such as the current
claimants and occupants of 2006, who (an estimated 90 per
cent) are without genetic and historical credentials, but
rather have been proven to be of the seed of Japheth or
mongrelized, not directly or patrilineally of Shem, then
such nations themselves partake in the guilt of naivety,
heretical and corrupt, mongrel-biased appropriation of
divine property and rights, a land that belongs to
patrilineal, Israeli-Semitic people. This is in
opposition to divine morality and obedience to God.
Let me give you an example. What if your parents gave you property to be inherited and someone else who had a different skin color and physical attributes than you said that the land you inherited belonged to them for the reason of a false claim that they were children of your father (or that they were the same religion of your father). Would you accept their word and let them take over your inheritance? Well, that is the way things have been happening lately, especially through the power of international media control. However, it is not just. Instruction and correction (perhaps impeachment) is needed in high places to promote justice and appropriation.
Nevertheless, this is not a call for international military intervention; it is a time to nationally denounce religious falsehood of mongrelization or goy, modern-Talmud Judaism (actually, a form of anti-Shemitism) and subversive, race-polluting misappropriation of genetic Hebrew inheritance.
