Gifts, Miracles and Faith Healing (Ever thought about getting well?)
Many pentecostal demominations are more well known or characterized for speaking in tongues. I personally commend speaking in tongues; however, don't think that every person you meet that speaks in an unknown tongue lives a Christian life: I've heard fornicators and heretics speak in unknown languages.
Another point to mention, many of the churches have erred by allowing women teachers and speakers in their assembly gatherings. Listen to a sermon on internet radio: I Corinthians.
Governments:
The Ministry of Prosperity--"There Should Be No Poor Among You" (Dt. 15:4)
The NT. mentions the gift of imparting (Rom. 12:8), and the gift of governments (I Cor. 12:28). It is interesting to note that a study of the administration of loans and rule (Dt. 15:1-11) may reflect some light upon the implementation of those gifts. Jesus Christ is Lord! (More details)
