It has been proven that freed, unhappy ex-slaves do not coexist well with their former masters. Such historically have caused harm to the founding, indigenous race and ruined their government. The Roman Empire is an example. So is the United States. Ex-slave descendants were not happy with Jim Crow existence. Covenant and Law (Berith and Torah) teach us that it is better to deport (see above) or repatriate the stranger than to oppress (with the threat of pollution) the founding heir because government can not establish a privileged basis for both, and no state should willfully deprive or hinder the abilities of its own for those of another race.
