Homosexuality as an Abomination
"Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination." (Lv. 18:22)

There Is a Difference between a Homosexual and a Rape Victim
"Heterosexual" is a term generally denoted as a person who has sex with the opposite gender. The woman has been made as a helper and sex partner for the man: Marriage is an honorable institution. A male and female can reproduce (although there are guidelines), which demonstrates the natural result of production through mating.
To the contrary, "homosexual" is a term denoted as a grossly perverted person who has sex with someone of the same gender -- an abomination. Two males can not reproduce, but they can rebell against God to this unnatural extent. Even though the deviate may have sex with someone of the opposite gender at times does not affect the status of the homosexual deviator or deviatrix (a woman who leaves her natural use) as a person committing crime against nature and sin against the Creator. They have a particular frame of mind and unnatural desire: a potential threat of abuse lingers in their mind. The Bible states " ... they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them." (Rom. 1.32) From this verse it can be deduced that the homosexual is a person that not only acts against God's will, but also joins in approving others that commit such acts of abomination.
A victim may be determined by his or her non-approval and especially lack of consent (see below).
The Reprobate Mind
A homosexual may cross the point-of-no-return so
to speak. A person should repent of anything that is against his
or her conscience as quickly as possible.

Segregation of Deviates (Solitary Confinement in Prisons)
Hence, concerning the issue of prison rape, from a Torahian perspective, one important factor to be considered is that the deviator is considered worthy of death: not only to be taken out of society, but taken out from among the living. Therefore, no penitentiary should allow such a person guilty of sodomy to be tolerated to come close enough to injure another person, nor be put in a position (or open jail cell) where he would have potential to ever commit the abomination again so as to be permitted to violate the spiritual and social cleanliness of a human and the land (the earth beneath God). For this reason, prison total security is a responsibility of the people and state. First things first, no one in legislative or other authority should wash the plate he eats from until prison cleanliness is established. Officials who do not uphold this righteousness of total-land-sanctity are the cause of inmate calamity and defilement, bringing reproach and wrath of God upon the citizens of the country. Lord, help us. Amen.
Discerning Aggressive Intrusion and Rape: Evidence of Acting against One's Will
In Mt.27: 34, "They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink". The persecutors of Jesus acted against his will by evidence of his refusal to accept their offer, the drink of vinegar, after acknowledgement of the substance. He did not consent to their insult and degradation. Similarly, in the vile and aggressive demotion case of a male's personal sanctity being assaulted through a demonic and sacrilegious act of rape by another male, the person that is sodomized may be one who does not take pleasure in the act or others who commit such abomination (see the contrast between a homosexual and rape victim above), and without being coerced would not do or permit such a thing of his own will -- this mental status (mind set) would not classify that person as a homosexual deviate, but rather a victim of rape and (beware: foul language) unleashed, sodomite desire.
Lack of Institution Control a Cause of Injury
The ability or tendancy of a sodomy rapist to commit an injury is reciprical to the lack of control of the institiution that has responsiblity to secure him. Prison authority has no necessity to allow any freedom to any dangerous prisoner -- zero tolerance beyond absolute confinement is expected.
A solitary confinement cell with solid walls and a solid-wall-door to protect against scalding water being thrown or other dangerous substances or objects should be offered to any prisoner at any time if he so chooses. The cells must be monitored suffiiciently that no other prisoner could enter or throw any object inside any other prisoner's cell at any time.
Unwarranted Investigation and Intrusion Is a Sign of Tyranny

fight and he loved to degrade them. He swore he would never ever
do that to no black man but instead would beat that other black
man into acting like "a man."
